AS in Architectural Engineering Technology at Capital Community College

The program is designed for those who wish to pursue careers in the architectural or construction fields. Graduates of the program have basic skills for employment in architectural or engineering offices as well as in construction. They are also prepared to enter at advanced levels into professional degree programs elsewhere, in pursuit of becoming registered architects.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of all program requirements, graduates will be able to:
Determine information needs by framing appropriate questions
Use a variety of search methods such as library databases and internet and professional sources to locate information

Bachelor of Architecture at California Polytechnic State University

The Architecture Department offers a Bachelor of Architecture degree. This degree program, accredited by the National Architecture Accrediting Board (NAAB), is a five year “first professional degree” program, a pre-requisite for licensing as a registered architect in most states. Architecture epitomizes the “learn-by-doing” pedagogy that is fundamental to Cal Poly. The program is rigorous, lab oriented, and sequential in nature and reflects a balance and integration of design and technology – the theoretical and the pragmatic. The fourth year offers qualified students the opportunity to study off-campus. The fifth year is a selected year long project and final exhibit that salutes the architectural creativity of each individual’s extended research and design.

The administration, faculty and staff are committed to the program and its primary emphasis on teaching excellence at the undergraduate level. The unusual size of the program and the diversity of faculty interests and accomplishments offer a vast palette of directions, concerns and issues as backgrounds for studio work.

The location of the program within the College provides cross-disciplinary opportunities in the areas of Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, City & Regional Planning and Architectural Engineering.

Requirement of Master in landscape architecture at Birzeit University

Entry requirements:

Required in advance for this program to achieve the following:

1. To obtain a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture or landscape architecture or urban planning a cumulative rate of no less than “good” from an accredited university.

2nd Knowledge of credit information in Aljgerafbp systems (GIS): Students have successfully completed a course accredited in geographic information systems. Uday and that the student must register for the course of geographic information systems from the Department of Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering Department, in this case is of course within the catch-required courses for the program.

3rd A personal interview in cases in which the Council considers it necessary.

4th Add to that the other conditions set forth in the academic regulations for postgraduate studies at Bir Zeit University.

Graduation Requirements:

Required to end the program and a degree of “Master of Engineering in Urban Planning and landscape architecture,” the termination of at least 36 credit hours of required materials (except for catch) Turkizin in one of the following: urban planning or landscape architecture. The distribution of those hours as follows:

1. Catch the special requirements:
The Committee may request that the student in accepting the termination of the remedial courses undergraduate level, so that no more than (6) credit hours. The use of these materials to ensure a basic scientific common to all students in various fields.
