Scholarship of Architecture Degree at Northumbria University
2009 Entry Fees and Scholarships
In 2009, most of Northumbria’s full-time undergraduate courses will cost £3,225 per year. The Northumbria Scholarship is a sum of money given to ‘home’ students who are eligible to pay the full top-up fees.
In Year 1, this is a non-repayable, non-means-tested award of up to £1,000 depending on course studied (see below for details). From Year 2 onwards the full scholarship will be awarded to students who score more than 60%.
Northumbria provides an additional £310 non-repayable bursary to all students who receive the full maintenance grant of £2,835 (2008 figure) or equivalent for Scottish, Welsh or Northern Irish students.
The following table indicates the cash sum awarded by subject area. If you are not sure which category your chosen course belongs to, the individual course details page should indicate the scholarship level. Search our course database for the course you are interested in and then look for the Course Fees heading.
