Degree of Architecture and Urbanism at Universidade Regional De Blumenau
Since its establishment in 1992, with approximately 600 students trained, the course of Architecture and Urbanism FURB’s main focus is to train professionals who can design or architectural urban areas, aiming at the quality of life and development of sustainable cities.
Differential Course
• Qualification of the faculty, composed of teachers, masters and doctors.
• Course taught in the morning, which allows the students staged in the afternoon.
• Completing the course in facilities that facilitate the integration of academics.
• Many students (trained or not) participate in the Exhibition of Architecture in Bordeaux interior.
• Outputs to the field plots of Works Blumenau, and travel for study tours to cities such as Curitiba (PR), Porto Alegre (RS), Brasília (DF), Ouro Preto (MG), Salvador (BA) and Rio de Janeiro (RJ).
• The collection of the library’s Special Collections has imported books and magazines on contemporary architecture.
• Complementation of face classes with teaching resources on the internet learning environment.
• Integration between the various disciplines of the course.
• Activities of the search for scientific initiation student-oriented stock by teachers.
